We collect information you provide when submitting requests through our website or contacting us directly: name, email address, phone number, and details of your enquiry. We do not collect or store payment information on our website.
Legal Basis for Processing
We process your data on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) when you submit the contact form, and on our legitimate interest and the performance of pre-contractual steps (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR) in order to respond to and manage your enquiry.
How We Use Your Data
Your personal data is used exclusively to respond to your enquiry and manage your concierge mandate. We do not sell, share or lease your personal data to any third party for marketing purposes.
Sub-Processors & International Transfers
We rely on carefully selected processors to operate our services: Vercel Inc. (website hosting) and Resend (transactional email delivery). Some processors are located in the United States; such transfers are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent safeguards.
Data Retention
Prospect data is retained for up to three (3) years from your last contact with us. Client data is retained for the duration of the mandate plus any retention period required by applicable law. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
Your Rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to processing, and to data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority — in France, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure. All communications are encrypted in transit.
